Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries.

OPPORTUNITY

Design an additional layer of security to reduce the probability of fraud loss and improve customer confidence.

RESPONSE

I worked closely with our business analysts and product managers to understand their business goals and success metrics. I also created detailed user flows, wireframes, and a prototype for usability testing.

OUTCOME

A new security feature that leverages a unique code sent to your cell phone so we can make sure it's really you.
