BACKGROUND

Dunkin' Donuts is the world's largest coffee and baked goods chain serving more than 3 million customers per day.


OPPORTUNITY

Change a common misconception: that hourly jobs are temporary and don't have long-term growth potential.


RESPONSE

We teamed up with Dunkin' to create a single destination for franchisee owners to manage applications and reporting on a store-by-store basis.

I led several stakeholder meetings to define the user model and user interface for a new recruitment product. Documented business goals, critical success factors and conducted a comprehensive assessment of the existing recruitment process. After an extensive competitor review I mapped the users needs and goals back to the project objectives. Developed detailed wireframes and created a prototype to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.


OUTCOME

Opportunitiesbrewin.com provides Dunkin' Donuts with a consistently branded recruiting tool for franchisee owners. The site features success stories and allows candidates to submit their interest to any store in the U.S. Since its launch, the site has averaged 2,000 profiles/month from interested candidates.
