As the need for qualified health care professionals increases, CVS Caremark seeks new opportunities to recruit and retain pharmacists.

RESPONSE

Designed an interactive recruitment tool geared towards interns, recent pharmacy graduates and licensed pharmacists.

RxFactors is an interactive software application that provides relevant and dynamic content regarding the many career opportunities in retail pharmacy with CVS Caremark. The proprietary tool provides resources to conduct interviews in a confident manner and provides tips to commonly asked questions by candidates.

OUTCOME

RxFactors received the honor of "Best in Class" in three categories: healthcare, employment and recruitment.

This award-winning application promotes CVS Caremark as the employer of choice and ensures key message and brand consistency throughout the recruitment process.
