CVS did not have an easy way to surface previously purchased items to their customers.
We had an opportunity to help millions of customers save time and money by introducing an "Easy Reorder" shopping experience.
As the lead designer, I was responsible for creating user flows, wireframes and a prototype for user testing. I was also responsible for driving design from sketches to polished designs while taking into account several use cases (with/out ExtraCare card, FSA eligible items, Free Shipping) and various error states (out-of-stock, limited quantity).
